Nefab Group is on a growth journey and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Nefab UK Ltd is part of Nefab Group and has a sales organisation based in Northampton with 9 employees developing business in Nefab Group’s key target segments. As we will be investing in local manufacturing capabilities in Northampton, we are now looking for a Managing Director to lead our new site & team development in Nefab UK & Ireland.
As Managing Director, you will be responsible for profit and loss management of Nefab Packaging UK Ltd. You will develop and drive business plans aligned with Nefab Group’s corporate strategy to ensure profitable revenue growth in existing and new accounts. You will maintain proactive communication with key customers and suppliers, lead the development of smart packaging and logistics solutions that optimize financial and environmental resources, and collaborate closely with corporate business development teams to grow the business within target segments.
You will also create and develop an engaged and talented team to support growth plans, drive sustainability strategy rollout, lead new manufacturing and service operation start-ups, oversee investments in equipment and process improvements, and support M&A transactions and integrations.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both strategic vision and day-to-day operational involvement to drive continuous growth and performance.
You will be part of the UK & Ireland leadership team and work closely with global and regional key accounts, suppliers, and corporate teams. Your role will involve cooperation and communication across functions and geographies to align local execution with global strategy.
This position is located in Northampton, and you will report to the Head of Western Europe.
The role requires commitment to both immediate operational performance and longer-term business development.

Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
* 5+ years of profit and loss ownership experience within industrial manufacturing or logistics environments
* 10+ years of senior management experience within sales alongside good operational exposure.
* Experience from working with automotive, high technology, defense, energy, or heavy equipment industries is appreciated
* Experience with B2B packaging and contract logistics solutions is a strong advantage
* Strong business acumen with operational management and P&L responsibility
* Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a team-building approach
* Can-do attitude with ownership mentality and hands-on leadership style
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Proven ability to lead teams through complexity and ambiguity
* Knowledge of ERP and / or Warehouse Management Systems
* Experience with ERP implementation or packaging industry is an added advantage
