Apricus Resourcing are working with a housing association who are searching for an Admin/Receptionist for an initial 5-month contract with a view to extend, the role is based in Hull.
Within your role you will be responsible for working on the switch board of the service, booking meetings, dealing with parking bookings & greeting customers. The manager is looking for someone to join the team who has previous experience working with spreadsheets, updating computer based systems, attention to detail and working in a team based environment.
Other duties include:

Assist in the coordination, communication and maintenance of relationships with internal and external customers, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately.

Assist in providing statistical information as required to assist managers in target setting
*
Book Meetings & Appointments
*
Deliver, improve and maintain effective and efficient administration systems to support delivery of services in accordance with policies, procedures and relevant regulations.
The position available is based on an initial 5-month basis with a view to extend. The working hours for the role are Monday - Friday 9-5 with a pay rate on offer of £16.22 per hour via umbrella.
