Hours: 4 on 4 off, 5:30am to 16:30pm
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our prepared food manufacturing process. This role plays a vital part in ensuring efficient production planning, accurate stock control, and smooth communication across departments. The role..
Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, you’ll be responsible for generating production schedules, tracking key performance metrics, and managing stock control processes across the site. You'll ensure the right products are made at the right time by coordinating factory outputs, monitoring stock levels, and supporting production planning and inventory reconciliation. You’ll also help maintain compliance by updating SOPs and supporting operational documentation.
What we are looking for..
* At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting (FMCG experience preferred)
* Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to analyse and interpret data
* Experience with stock control, ordering, and inventory management processes
* Understanding of safe working practices and operational compliance
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across departments
