Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant (School-Based)
Location: Okehampton, Devon
Pay: £90–£100 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full time
Start Date: February 2026
Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant to work within school-based nursery and EYFS settings in Okehampton and the surrounding areas. We work closely with a range of local schools and trusts, providing consistent and rewarding opportunities for support staff.
As a Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support children within Nursery and EYFS settings
Assist the class teacher with planned activities and learning outcomes
Provide nurturing, child-centred support in line with the EYFS framework
Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development
We’re Looking For:
A Level 3 Childcare / Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working within a nursery or EYFS school setting
A warm, patient, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting young children’s development
