Early Years Teacher – All‑Through SEND School
Location: Barking & Dagenham
Start: ASAP
Contract: Full‑time, Permanent
Salary: £150-200 per day

The Role
As the Early Years Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging, child‑centred learning experiences tailored to individual developmental levels
* Create a nurturing, sensory‑aware classroom environment
* Work closely with specialist staff including therapists, LSAs and the SENDCo
* Use a play‑based and holistic approach to support communication, social development and early cognition
* Build strong relationships with families and contribute to personalised education plans
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or overseas equivalent)
* Experience within Early Years, SEND or specialist settings (desirable but not essential)
* A warm, patient and adaptable teaching approach
* Strong understanding of early childhood development
* Commitment to inclusive practice and personalised learning
