Inside Sales Manager
Hybrid / Site-based in Sunbury-on-Thames
A leading designer and manufacturer of specialist electrical safety equipment is actively seeking an experienced Inside Sales and Service Manager to join their in-house Team.
This recently-redefined position (previous post holder has moved on after 7 years) will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by leading high-performing internal sales and technical service teams.
The role ensures customers receive accurate commercial support, reliable technical guidance, and a seamless experience from initial inquiry through post-sale support.
The position works cross-functionally to ensure customer inquiries, orders, and technical issues are addressed efficiently and professionally.

Previous experience of working for a manufacturer of products used within hazardous areas (i.e. ATEX) would be beneficial but not essential.

Their UKHQ in Surrey is easily reached by road, public, and is close to Heathrow Airport, where they have in-house design, fabrication, testing & certification facilities. Here they will provide you with product training and also remote support as required.
You will need to be self-motivated to work both independently as well as within a team and be comfortable working on several projects simultaneously on occasion.
