Overview
HR Learning and Development Undergraduate Placement at Volkswagen Financial Services (UK). Location: Milton Keynes. Closing Date: 30th September 2025. Salary: £22,912 per annum. Contract: 12-13 months FTC. Start dates are usually in June/July. Hybrid working: office 3 days per week with potential for more in person as needed.

Role summary: You will join our HR team as a Learning and Development undergraduate, collaborating with many parts of the business in a fast-paced environment, and developing skills in training coordination, communication, Excel, and learning technologies.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate internal in-person and digital induction courses for new starters, including quarterly updates.
* Design and develop the Undergraduate Life-skills programme.
* Coordinate the annual Learning at Work Week event.
* Engage with external suppliers and training providers to manage learning platforms.
* Update mandated digital learning materials and platforms using technical skills.
* Support reporting and analysis with a focus on Excel to contribute to data-driven decisions.

* Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, or a related Business field.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Excel and willingness to expand skills in learning technologies and HR systems.
* Intermediate/strong Excel skills with data analysis capability.
