The Best Connection are recruiting experienced VNA, Counterbalance and Reach Truck Operatives to join our client based in Biggleswade. We are seeking skilled individuals who can work within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Candidates will need to have in-date accredited Forklift licences and be flexible in terms of shift patterns to meet business demands.
This role offers the opportunity to join a well-established logistics operation, supporting the smooth and timely movement of goods throughout the warehouse.
Shifts Available:
* 4 On / 4 Off - Days: 06:00-18:00
* 4 On / 4 Off - Nights: 18:00-06:00
* Any 5 of 7 - Days: 8-hour shifts (7.5 paid / 30-minute break)
* Any 5 of 7 - Nights: 8-hour shifts (7.5 paid / 30-minute break)
Responsibilities:
1. Receiving, storing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently
2. Operating VNA, Counterbalance, PPT and Aisle Master equipment safely
3. Using warehouse management systems to maintain accurate stock records
4. Supporting stock rotation and consolidation
5. Maintaining high housekeeping standards using a 'clean as you go' approach
6. Liaising directly with customers to support service expectations
7. Conducting equipment checks where required
