I am working with a lovely manufacturing business, based in Ely, they are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their sales support team.

Working closely with the Account Management and Sales team you will provide customers with the best possible service while actively supporting the company's sales growth.
Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be preferred but is not essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Manage the Customer Support Inbox for all customer communication and action emails accordingly.
* Processing quotations, purchase orders and sales orders, reconciling order books, and sending/gathering customer feedback on quotations.
* Work with Account Managers to provide any additional support as required.
* Maintain and update data inputted into our CRM software.
* Participating in daily production and review meetings with department supervisors.
* Process any RMA requests and follow up accordingly.
* Ensure any delays are communicated to the Account Manager/Customer in a timely manner.
* Ensure any new account enquiries are passed over to the Account Managers to pursue in the timely manner.

* Strong communication and influencing abilities, with the confidence to challenge constructively when needed.
* An eye for detail and the ability to propose practical, effective solutions.
* A team-oriented mindset, capable of building strong working relationships internally and externally.
* The ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Knowledge of using an MRP system would be a distinct advantage, but again training will be provided.
