Nursery: Grimsbury Manor Nursery School, Banbury, OX16 3JX

Hours: Full Time, 40 Hours per week

Salary: Up to £12.80 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Hi, I'm Alyson, the Nursery Manager at Grimsbury Manor.

At Grimsbury Manor, we're proud to have an experienced and passionate team with a deep understanding of early years education. We know that everyone of our children is unique, with their own story to tell, which is why we tailor our learning approach to suit each of our child's individual pace and personality.

Inside our nursery, you'll find our children exploring, marvelling, and asking questions—developing a real love for learning. Our beautiful outdoor spaces are designed to spark curiosity and creativity, offering opportunities for both adult- and child-led activities that encourage imaginative play and problem-solving. Our children spend dedicated time outdoors every day, connecting with nature and learning through enriching, hands-on experiences.

Our recently refurbished nursery blends sustainability with history, preserving the charm of the original architecture while creating a warm, inspiring environment for our children to thrive in.

Storal's Purpose

To give children healthy foundations in fantastic settings, helping them build the confidence and resilience that will set them up for success later in life.

About the role:

As an Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:

Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments

About you:

A true love for child development and care
Able and willing to work in a team
Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents
High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
Knowledge of the EYFS framework

Must haves:

Early Years qualification at Level 3
Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
