You will study both the theory and practical aspects. The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team following a defined process, using their skills to correctly identify the different body panel types and have the ability to use the correct repair tools to carry out the work to the highest possible standard. Training will take place via Emtec, Ruddington on a block release model 8 x per year. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. • Please note that anyone under the age of 18 will only work a maximum of 40 hours per week.
