Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Mold
Salary: Up to £48,000 package
Shift Pattern
* Rotating shifts: 6am–3pm / 1pm–10pm (40-hour week)
* Early Friday finish (6am–12pm / 12pm–6pm)
The Role
As the site’s dedicated Maintenance Engineer, you’ll take ownership of both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime across a wide range of equipment. You’ll be the key escalation point for technical issues, bringing your electrical bias and mechanical know-how to keep production running smoothly.
What We\'re Looking For
* Electrical bias (open to 60/40 split).
* Experience maintaining plastic injection moulding machinery or similar industrial equipment.
* Skilled in PLC programming and fault-finding.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and some facilities support.
