You’ll work in close partnership with both the Senior Family Office Executive and the Principal, becoming a trusted right hand across business, personal and administrative priorities. * An experienced EA with 5+ years supporting senior leaders in a family office, boutique investment or similarly high‑touch environment.
* A fast, accurate typist with 80+ WPM as a baseline and ideally 90+ WPM, placing you at the upper end of EA performance benchmarks.
* Intellectually curious and able to absorb complex information at pace.
* Naturally anticipatory - consistently several steps ahead.
* Calm under pressure, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable with rapid context‑switching.
* A clear, thoughtful communicator with strong stakeholder judgement.

You’ll be central to ensuring the Principal’s world runs smoothly, intelligently and at pace. Responsibilities include:
* Acting as gatekeeper and primary point of contact, managing calls and inboxes with clarity and discretion.
* Managing complex, shifting diaries and coordinating high‑level meetings.
* Preparing polished documents, reports, correspondence and presentations - often at speed.
* Taking live and recorded dictation and producing accurate transcripts.
* Coordinating multi‑leg international travel across professional and personal spheres.
* Maintaining confidential records, investment materials and working documents.
* Liaising with bankers, accountants, advisers and broader external partners.
* Supporting the Principal’s charitable, political and personal interests.
* Working hand‑in‑glove with the Senior Family Office Executive to ensure seamless, aligned support.
* Overseeing personal logistics including household liaison, reservations, events and family arrangements.
* Providing occasional out‑of‑hours support when required.
The skills you’ll bring
* 5+ years’ experience supporting senior leaders in a boutique investment firm, family office or similar environment.
* Typing speed of 80+ WPM (ideally 90+) with exceptional written accuracy.
* High numeracy and excellent attention to detail.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Sound judgement, proven discretion and the ability to manage sensitive information.
* A proactive, calm, solutions‑led approach.
* A collaborative presence and comfort working around dogs (amazing dog friendly offices!).
Desirable
* Understanding of financial or investment terminology.
* Experience planning events for HNW individuals.
* Confidence engaging with political or charitable organisations.
