The role of an Operations manager is to support operations at our sites whilst working with our business leaders to drive strategic goals to be good for our communities, employees and customers. For your development, our operations manager positions have the added benefit of moving to new sites in the BPL group to gain experience, learn new skills, be mentored by new leaders and work on upcoming exciting projects at BPL. Working Hours: 40 hours per week as part of a working rota which will include earlies, lates, weekends and Bank Holidays which is typical for a leisure role.
