37.5 hours/week on rotating shifts between 08:00–20:00, Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to unpaid debts
*
Discuss sensitive financial matters with empathy and professionalism
*
Log customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately
*
Follow internal procedures and compliance guidelines
*
Hit performance targets in a team-focused contact centre
*
Ensure accuracy when processing customer payments
About You:

Experience in a contact centre or credit control role
*
Strong verbal and written communication skills
*
Resilient and motivated by performance incentives
*
Confident using IT systems and multitasking tools
*
Willing to make outbound calls and manage tough conversations
*
Excellent problem-solving and information-gathering abilities
