You will lead, coach and develop Sales Executives and support colleagues, ensuring they deliver outstanding results while maintaining exceptional customer experiences. You will play a key role in: • Maximising new and used vehicle sales and profitability • Driving finance and add-on product performance • Leading all sales campaigns and promotions • Creating a high-performance, customer-centric culture • Ensuring all activity is compliant and aligned with the highest ethical standards This is a hands-on leadership role where your presence on the showroom floor and engagement with customers will be key to success.
