Develop strong relationships with senior claims handlers and insurer clients. Mentor junior team members and support their development. What they are looking for: A qualified solicitor, CILEX, or equivalent relevant legal experience. Strong experience in indemnity, liability, and complex medical issues. Multi-track personal injury experience, preferably involving large loss and catastrophic claims. Excellent critical thinking and quantum analysis skills.
