Retail Security Officer – Argenbright Security Europe Limited – ASEL

Main Responsibilities
* Patrol the shop floor and deter criminal activity
* Assess and identify vulnerabilities, working proactively to minimise risk
* Liaise with management and local authorities when applicable
* Manage vulnerable persons with empathy to avoid distress
* Complete colleague and contractor searches in line with customer policy
* Digitally report incidents and use tablets/phones for daily activity planning
* Prepare detailed and legible incident reports to assist the client and local authorities
Location & Schedule
* Location: Ellesmere Port
* Hours: 18 hours per week
* Shift Pattern: Friday & Saturday, 12:00 – 21:00
* Hourly Rate: £13.54
* Employment Type: Permanent – Full‑time
Required Experience & Qualifications
* Valid SIA Guarding or SIA Door Supervisor licence is mandatory.
* Previous retail security experience is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided.
* Full five‑year checkable work or back‑to‑school history required.
* Bring right‑to‑work documents and recent proof of address to interview.
