This is an opportunity to make a real difference and to share in the passion of the senior management vision to improve a large (200+ staff) site This position will focus on managing a cross functional team of circa 140 staff. This will include directly managing the Product, Technical, Engineering, Planning and H & S managers. Additionally you would work closely with the CI Manager on a number of site improvement projects.
