About the RoleAs Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality, therapeutic care. You’ll lead by example, mentor staff, and ensure that every child receives the structure and support they need to thrive. Key Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day management of the home and ensure compliance with Ofsted standards Provide leadership and guidance to the care team Act as a positive role model for both staff and young people Support with rota planning, budgeting, and staff development Create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for childrenRequirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in a residential children’s home NVQ Level 4 in Children and Young People or equivalent Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures Experience managing staff rotas and budgets Full UK driving licenceWhy Join This Opportunity?
