Food & Beverage Manager, Nottingham, £30,000 - £35,000
We are working with a fantastic large-scale venue in Nottingham who are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all aspects of F&B operations.You’ll focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, managing budgets, and optimizing staffing.
Responsibilities :
* Provide leadership and direction to the Food & Beverage team
* Manage casual staff recruitment, training, and scheduling
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing laws
* Oversee stock control, ordering, and cash handling processes
* Lead event setup, delivery, and breakdown
* Develop and implement systems to improve customer feedback and service
The Ideal Candidate:
* Food & Beverage management experience in a high-volume operation
* Experience delivering large scale events
* Knowledge of health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Passion for service and standards
