Responsibilities
Lead on capital works, project delivery, and Health & Safety during a significant period of development. Work closely with the Manager of Facilities and Estates, supported by the Estates/Projects Coordinator, providing both strategic leadership and hands‑on operational delivery across the College’s capital projects and statutory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Qualified in building surveying, construction management or a similar discipline, with experience managing multiple major projects simultaneously on a site. Knowledge and experience of historic and listed buildings is essential. A professional, detail‑oriented approach, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to motivate and support team development are required.
