UTEC, Acteon's Geo‑services business line, harnesses data to optimise designs, save time and maximise offshore project’s economic value by providing a holistic understanding of the marine environment.
Location & Working Arrangement
This is a hybrid role (60% office‑based), located at our modern facility in Wokingham (RG41). Candidates must live within daily commuting distance and be flexible with office days to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
 * Champion robust Quality Assurance and Control across the business.
 * Drive quality culture and continuous improvement in everything we design, manufacture, supply, and operate.
 * Enhance and evolve our Quality Management System.
 * Collaborate with local teams to develop and track Quality Improvement Plans.
 * Ensure compliance with industry standards for all products and services.
 * Work closely with the Head of Supply Chain to improve supplier quality.
 * Develop and maintain Quality Standards and Procedures.
Required Experience & Qualifications
 * Level 4 Quality Assurance qualification with 3+ years QA experience, or 5+ years in dedicated QA roles with clear career progression.
 * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt within 24 months preferred).
 * Experience writing ITPs, MRBs, and other technical documentation.
 * Background in engineering, electronics, manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365.
 * Strong report writing skills.
 * International experience is a plus.
Travel Requirements
Expect to travel 30‑50% of your time, both domestically and internationally—primarily to Houston, Texas, and also to sites in Scotland, Alaska, Australia, Brazil, Norway, UAE, and Singapore. Trips may last 1–2 weeks, so flexibility is essential.
