I am partnered with a top 30 Accountancy Practice seeking a Private Client Manager to join the team. This firm is looking to grow its offering in South Wales, currently employing around 40 staff. They have won numerous awards as one of the UK's best places to work. The firm boasts a specialist workforce of over 700 colleagues across the organization.
Your new role
1. Work closely with senior private client specialists across offices, supporting them with compliance and advisory cases.
2. Join client meetings, provide follow-up support, and become a trusted point of contact.
3. Build and manage your own portfolio of private clients over time.
4. Review tax returns prepared by junior team members, ensuring quality and development.
5. Identify advisory opportunities within the existing Cardiff client base and help shape solutions.
6. Support the Cardiff partner group with both compliance and advisory needs.
7. Contribute to team development, working collaboratively across all levels.
What you'll need to succeed
1. CTA Qualified
2. Private Client experience with a mix of compliance and advisory
3. Knowledge of OMB, Trusts, and IHT
