What You’ll Be Doing
As a Junior Project Analyst at Solmar Villas, you’ll work closely with our IT and business teams to help manage delivery across a range of digital and business-led projects.
We’re looking for a true all-rounder; someone who can execute a project plan, contribute to business analysis, aid in quality assurance, and resolve day-to-day issues when required.
This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across all areas of the business, develop your skills, and make a measurable contribution to the future of Solmar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support delivery across the IT team’s pipeline of work
* Take part in daily routines and ceremonies to keep delivery on track
* Contribute to scoping and defining business requirements for delivery
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
* Monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and track delivery timelines
* Support testing and validation to align delivery with requirements
* Provide regular progress reports and keep stakeholders informed
* Identify risks and escalate when necessary to avoid delivery impacts
* Willingness to take on additional duties as required
What We’re Looking For
* Willingness to learn by doing and tackle tasks directly
* Meticulous about data, processes, and delivery
* Ability to handle multiple small projects alongside day-to-day operation
* Naturally identifies gaps and drives tasks forward
* Builds strong relationships quickly in a small team environment
* Familiar with project management software (Trello, Asana)
* Entry-level certifications (such as Prince2 Foundation or Agile / Lean) are a plus
