Job Description
As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for:
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
* Office Organisation: Maintain a tidy and organised office space, order and manage office supplies, and assist in the coordination of office events or meetings.
* Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data using various software applications and tools.
* Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
* Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Office Assistant will have:
* Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a related role.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks.
* Proactive and able to take initiative.
* Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
* Adaptability and flexibility to handle diverse tasks.
