Job Title: BDF – Solution Architect
About the Job you are considering: Document the As is E2E Architecture for Term Deposits Product Variants Onboarding Servicing journeys for the Banks UK Europe US Markets. Identify and document the various Solution components As Is Architecture for client and Employee main supporting journeys including the integration components. Extensive documentation e.g., Confluence JIRA following Solution design patterns including visual depictions like Logical Architecture Sequence diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Responsibilities
* Experience in creating High Level Designs for banking products like term deposits with its end-to-end journey covered. Able to do impact assessment of changes in systems.
* Experience in multi-country process and application rationalisation programmes.
* Peer reviews the documentations with internal teams and relevant client Stakeholders.
* Represent the documents in appropriate Design authority forums and incorporate feedback.
* Good understanding of the Financial Services and Banking functions for Term Deposits.
* Walkthrough the Solution Documentation with both Technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong Communication skills, Leadership, Stakeholder Management and Client Engagement skills.
* Collaborate, support and enable the Team Members for project deliverables quality and timelines adherence.
* Lead Workshops and follow up actions to understand the as is Architecture and identify Application candidates for Future State Architecture.
