We're looking for a Solicitor who loves the detail, wants real responsibility, and prefers getting deals done rather than being just another solicitor in a large firm.
Here's the reality:
You'll be the essential third person in our Commercial & Employment team, working directly with two very experienced Partners on company sales, M&A, shareholder agreements, and employment matters. You'll do the crucial groundwork that makes transactions happen – drafting documents, managing due diligence, keeping files moving.
This role is NOT for you if:

✗ You need constant hand-holding

The essentials:
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
* Minimum 1 year PQE
* Commercial and/or employment law experience
* Transactional mindset (not combative)
* Exceptional attention to detail
