 
        
        New Home Sales Consultant – Metropolitan Thames Valley
The Sales Consultant is a front‑line representative of So Resi and MTVH, responsible for delivering the sales budget across a broad geographic area covering Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire. You will deliver the customer journey from site launch, through lead management and application processing, to completion, while ensuring an excellent customer experience and adherence to health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
 * Contribute to the delivery of the sales budget and overall regional performance.
 * Engage efficiently with all key internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process.
 * Deliver the customer journey from site launch, lead management and application processing through to completion.
 * Monitor all void properties on a weekly basis to ensure ongoing security.
Qualifications & Experience
 * Experience in a sales and customer service environment.
 * Expertise in intermediate and private sales products with at least 3 years of shared ownership sales experience.
 * Responsible for supporting the marketing team in implementing sales strategies.
 * Ability to work effectively with internal cross‑functional teams within MTVH to support sales delivery and future management of new developments.
 * Understanding of the legal process of shared ownership and outright property sales.
 * Proven experience of delivering excellent customer care.
 * IT and numeric literacy with strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Sales office and show‑home management experience.
Contract & Salary
12‑month fixed‑term (maternity cover) salary range: £36,599 to £38,525.
