Customer Care Advisors
Location: Belper, United Kingdom
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,479.00 plus £1,500 bonus
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively? We’re looking for Customer Care Advisers to join our client’s team and help them provide world-class support to their customers.
What you’ll do
* Take ownership of customer complaints, ensuring successful resolutions for both the customer and the business.
* Conduct thorough root-cause analysis and collaborate with internal departments to gather all necessary information.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, web-based and social media complaints, prioritising responses and maintaining case ownership.
* Provide clear, professional written communication and regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
* Work closely with the legal department when complaints escalated, ensuring compliance and accurate handling.
* Share insights and feedback to help improve processes and customer experience.
What they are looking for
* Level 3 qualification in Customer Service is preferable; GCSE grade 4 in English and Maths (or equivalent) is essential.
* Previous experience in customer service or complaint resolution, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft applications and web-based tools.
* Knowledge of consumer rights and related legislation is advantageous.
* Empathy, resilience, and a strong drive to deliver world-class service.
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
