Job Description
Our client is looking to add a Maintenance Technicianto their team on their commercial site in Exeter. This is an opportunity for you to work for a leading maintenance provider.
The ideal candidate will have experience with repairing doors, fitting carpet tiles and repairing toilets.
Duties:
* To carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to building fabric in accordance with agreed service levels, and to respond to site emergencies or client concerns.
* Examples of works, replacing taps, toilet seats, replacing lighting & lamping, painting & decorating, fire alarm tests etc
* Undertake small installation works, repairs to building fabric, and Maintenance Technician duties.
Requirements:
* Experience of working in a commercial environment
* Ability to collaborate with team members
* Multi-tasking duties
* Good IT Skills
