HV Multi Skilled Technician Our client, a reputable entity in the power utilities, energy, and renewables sector, is seeking a diligent and skilled HV Multi Skilled Technician to join their permanent team. This role is crucial within the Project Delivery team, focusing on substation and infrastructure projects, renewable energy projects, Contestable Connections, and Private Network installations across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Installation of LV/HV substation equipment Installation of multicore cables and associated equipment for protection and control systems HV cable installation including jointing Transformer tails/terminations Supporting commissioning activity on new build projects Small/panel wiring Small power and lighting LV electrical testing Installation of earthing and associated equipment Adhering to company rules, health and safety, and environmental standards and practices Working as part of a team Attending training and continuous development opportunities Promoting a positive company image to clients Job Requirements: Cable Jointer Trained and experience up to 11kv/33kv Pasma, working at heights Full UK driving licence Willingness to travel UK wide Willingness or skilled to carry out Technician duties such as Wiring, cable installation and terminations SHEA Power Benefits: Paying up to £45,000 per annum Monday to Friday 40hrs per week Overtime available and inflated rates after 6pm and Weekend / Bank Holidays Door to Door pay Company vehicle and Fuel card Accomodation, expenses covered 10% annual bonus Opportunties to progress and develop skills with the company including HV Switching on Private Networks.
