This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role where you'll work closely with talent, learning and engineering leaders across global organisations, helping them develop capability at scale. You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients get maximum value from learning solutions designed to support skills development across technology, data and change. What You'll Do Own key client relationships and act as their main point of contact Lead discovery sessions to understand business goals and tailor learning programmes Ensure successful on-boarding and delivery of training solutions Capture and action client feedback to drive continual improvement Work closely with delivery, operations and product teams to ensure quality Support contract cycles and ensure documentation is completed on time Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and introduce additional programmes Run ongoing check-ins, performance reviews and success reporting Maintain CRM accuracy and track pipeline activity Help shape case studies and success stories for marketing use Contribute to process improvement and scalable client-success practices About You 8 years' experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or Account Management Experience with technology-focused or learning-related solutions is beneficial Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills Confident running client workshops, discovery sessions and review meetings Able to interpret client needs and translate them into delivery plans Skilled in nurturing long-term strategic customer relationships Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple workstreams Experience working with CRM platforms and productivity tools (MS365) A problem-solver who thrives on improving client outcomes and internal processes What's on Offer Competitive salary and benefits Clear development and progression paths Opportunity to work with global clients scaling tech and leadership capability Collaborative, supportive culture with autonomy and ownership Hybrid flexibility and modern working environment Interested?
