We are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our team at the Great Northern Retail Park, Omagh!
This is a temporary, part time role and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the evenings and at weekend.
As a Floor Supervisor, you will support the Floor Manager in ensuring that our team delivers the best store standards for our customers!
You will also:
* Support the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency
* Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service
* Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
* Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work!
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service!
It is essential that you have the following:
* Experience supervising/managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment
* The ability to think on your feet and motivate others
* Effective communication skills
* Strong organisation skills
* A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
