BAR SUPERVISOR - DICKEN'S INN, ST.KATHERINE'S DOCKS, LONDON
Fixed term contract until end of September 2026!
Pay Rate: £14.33 per hour, Full Time (30-40 hrs) roles available.

Shift times between 10 am and 12 am. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

2. Due to some responsibilities within the Bar Supervisorrole, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
3. Previous experience leading a team in a busy bar or hospitality environment is essential for this role.

4. Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the go.
5. Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
6. Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
7. Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
8. Work alongside the team during busy shifts, leading by example and taking a hands-on approach.
9. Support with day-to-day tasks across the unit to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
10. Help your team stay organised, motivated and focused throughout the shift.
