Area Sales Manager (Commercial Specification) sought by the windows solutions division of a global construction products manufacturer. A £multibillion turnover, privately-owned company with nearly 200 locations globally, they are looking for a Commercial Specification Sales Manager to cover London & the South East. The Role: As an Area Sales Manager, your day to day duties will include: Selling the company‘s full range of window and door solution products for use in commercial developments/refurbishments. Developing relationships with key architects, specifiers, developers, consultants and contractors. Generating product/system specifications in line with targeted expectations. Working closely with commercial fabricators and installers to maintain and defend those specifications. Developing, hosting and delivering technical presentations such as CPD seminars for architects and other construction professionals.Your experience as Area Sales Manager: A proven track record of sales success in the windows, doors, curtain walling or building envelope arena. Project led, a confident presenter and have a demonstrable track record in specification selling. Knowledge of wind loadings and the fabric of a building would be ideal.
