Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm

What You'll Be Doing
Scheduling and rescheduling works, ensuring timely completion of jobs and programme compliance
Handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining excellent customer and client relationships
Validating job information to ensure accuracy and readiness before dispatch
Updating regulatory information in real-time using internal systems
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in call handling or work scheduling
Strong computer skills, including use of databases and office systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
