3. Support the ER process, coaching and guiding line managers on best practice
4. Oversee policies review/update in line with legislation
5. Work with managers to assess their teams' performance and supporting the performance management process
6. Support the employee engagement cycle - ensuring engagement and reviewing feedback
7. Promote a positive workplace culture
The Successful Applicant
The successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
8. Proven experience in a similar role within HR
9. Proficiency in employment legislation and HR best practices
10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
11. Experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
12. Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
