💷 What's on Offer:
£20,000 basic salary + realistic OTE of £60,000 for strong performers
P11D company car
2 weekends on, 1 weekend off rota + day off during the week

📌 The Role:
As a Car Sales Executive, you'll be at the heart of the dealership experience. You'll engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the entire car-buying journey - from initial enquiry to handing over the keys. Your role is all about building relationships, creating excitement, and delivering a five-star experience that reflects our client's phenomenal reputation.
🛠Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in person and online, offering expert product knowledge
Deliver an outstanding buying experience that encourages repeat and referral business
Consistently meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
Stay up to date with the latest models, features, and promotions
✅ About You:
Previous car sales experience is essential, ideally 2 years minimum
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Target-driven with a customer-first approach
Self-motivated, resilient, and hungry to succeed
Full UK driving licence essential
