This is a newly shaped senior role sitting at the heart of their Belfast-based Client Delivery team, bridging implementation and customer success.You will own client engagements end to end, from signed contract through build and delivery, before transitioning accounts into ongoing support. Working across three to four concurrent projects, you will serve as the primary delivery contact for external stakeholders while holding the technical capability to shape, build, and improve the solutions yourself.This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor position.
