Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to the sales team by managing the CRM database to ensure accurate and timely updates.
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and customer database enquiries, enabling strategic decision-making.
Communicate effectively with customers to address enquiries and facilitate a seamless sales process.
Top Skills/Experience Needed
Proven experience in sales support or service coordination, with a strong understanding of CRM systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with clients and team members.
Detail-oriented with a knack for maintaining and updating databases accurately.
