We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to join our team as a Senior Residential Support Worker. In this role, you will assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services and engage in, and manage, each child’s plan, ensuring these plans are managed with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Responsibilities

* Engage in, and manage, each child’s plan and ensure these plans are managed with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Qualifications
* SVQ3 qualification for Children and Young People (or equivalent).
* Prepared to work towards SVQ4 within the time frame set by SSSC.
* Full UK driving licence is required due to transporting young people to external locations.
