Role: IT Support Technician
Location: Wembley, Middlesex
Salary: 28,000 - 32,000
A growing IT Services business is looking for an IT Support Technician to support one of their customer environments based in Wembley.
This is a user-facing role suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on, visible and embedded within the customer environment rather than sitting behind a remote service desk all day.
You will be the go-to person onsite for day-to-day support, working closely with end users while also collaborating with the wider technical team.
The environment is fast-moving and varied, so this role suits someone who is proactive, personable and comfortable taking ownership of issues from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Providing onsite IT support across desktops, laptops and mobile devices
Supporting Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
Troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues
Managing users and devices across Active Directory / Entra ID
Escalating more complex issues where required whilst remaining the onsite point of contact
Assisting with onboarding, moves and general user support

Intune / Autopilot
AV / meeting room support
