Owen Daniels have partnered with a leading Engineering company and we are recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager due to growth in the business.
Territory Sales Manager – Key responsibilities:
Work closely within the sales team, offering technical and commercial expertise during customer interactions.
Managing a team of 5 Account Managers and supporting the professional growth of individuals within the group.
Provide structured guidance and coaching while tracking performance and setting measurable objectives that support wider business objectives.
Organize regular team discussions and one-to-one meetings to review progress, share feedback, and strengthen team effectiveness.
Territory Sales Manager - Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of electrical motors and power transmission
Experienced as a sales manager who can manage a team
Experienced in people management – Approving holidays, training, onboarding etc
Full UK driving license
