Job Description
3. Design and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
4. Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
5. Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
6. Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of employees.
7. Manage and oversee employee performance evaluation processes.
8. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all HR practices.
9. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture in the Gurgaon office.
10. Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve organizational goals effectively.
The Successful Applicant
11. 7-12 years of HR experience with exposure to both HR strategy and execution.
12. Experience working in high‑growth, dynamic environments (fintech/startup/financial services preferred, but not mandatory).
13. Strong understanding of HR systems, policies, and employee lifecycle.
14. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
15. Agile, solution‑oriented, and comfortable owning end‑to‑end HR delivery.
16. Ability to operate independently and build processes from scratch.
