Reporting into the CRM and Analytics Manager, you will lead the production of marketing dashboards, reports and analysis that are essential to support the development direction and strategy for segmentation, market and channel optimisations. About the role You will provide actionable insights from data to enable marketing effectiveness optimization. You will write, deliver and present frequent analysis/insights updates on marketing performance - making recommendations from the data. You'll advise on the development of tagging, behavioral targeting, measurement, and search strategy, supporting the development of a range of tests for optimising the digital customer journey. You will use a range of available Martech tools and platforms, provide advanced analytical techniques and innovative approaches to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for Royal Mail Group digital marketing performance, whilst ensuring accuracy of the marketing performance data. Build and develop strong stakeholder relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key decision making. Manage day-to-day relationship with analytics partner agency and ensure any delegated tactical activities are delivered in an accurate and timely manner. About you To truly excel in this role, you'll possess, and be able to evidence, the skills and experience listed below: Key Skills Strong data analysis, reporting and insight capabilities Commercially aware, with good understanding of online customer behavior Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Experience Previous marketing experience in implementing tagging, event tracking and analytics Experience of utilising web analytics tools e.g., Adobe or Google analytics and knowledge of digital marketing techniques Familiar with using tools like Tealium for tag management etc Qualifications Marketing qualification (e.g., IDM data diploma) desirable We don't expect every candidate to meet the full criteria for the role.
