1. Basic Salary: Up to £46,000
2. OTE of £50,000

Our client, an Accident Repair Centre in the Barnstaple area is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join their busy team.
Requirements for the Successful Panel Beater
8. Experience as a Panel Beater is essential
9. Qualifications could range from ATA, NVQ Level 2 and 3 (or equivalent) or time served
10. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be organised and have an eye for detail
The successful Panel Beaters responsibilities will include:
11. Undertake replacement and repair of damaged or compromised bodywork panels
12. Complete chassis and framework repairs
13. Accurately assess vehicle damage & apply appropriate methods to produce high quality repairs
14. Conduct bumper and door repair works as required
15. Ensure all panel beating/repair works meet internal and third parts quality standards
16. Work as part of a team to ensure bodyshop operations run efficiently and safely
The successful Panel Beater will be rewarded with:
17. A very competitive basic salary
18. OTE circa £50,000
19. NO weekend work
20. 22 days plus bank holidays

23. Site does Aluminium repairs, if you have not done this before the client will train you.
24. Client is happy to put candidates thought their ATA if they do not have one.
