Within the Care in the Home division, we support children and young people with complex health needs to live at home with their families.
We are looking for a Children's Support Worker for our young client in Tresillian (village outside of Truro).
Working hours:
1. 2 evenings a week (4pm-8pm), with the days being Mon / Wed / Thurs / Fri
2. Sundays (11am-5pm)
3. 14 hours per week, with potential for more as the package may increase
4. Note: Hours may vary slightly during school holidays
Role responsibilities:
This role involves supporting our 16-year-old client with complex health needs in her family home during evenings and weekends. Full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
Please note: Drivers are required to drive the client’s vehicle, so a full UK drivers licence is essential.
