Responsibilities
1. Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Agentic AI initiatives
2. Translate business problems into clear, prioritised product requirements
3. Work closely with engineering, architecture, data, and AI teams
4. Manage and align stakeholders across business and technology functions
5. Define success metrics and track value delivery
6. Support discovery, experimentation, and MVP development for AI-driven solutions
7. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards
8. Maintain and prioritise product backlogs in an Agile environment
9. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly
Skills & Experience
10. Proven experience as a Product Manager in complex, enterprise environments
11. Strong understanding of AI-enabled products, ideally including agentic or autonomous systems
12. Experience working with cloud platforms (Microsoft/Azure and/or AWS)
13. Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
14. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
15. Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Desirable
16. Experience in highly regulated or safety-critical environments
17. Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, orchestration frameworks, or agent-based architectures
18. Exposure to data platforms, MLOps, or AI governance
19. Experience working across hybrid or multi-cloud ecosystems
