Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Domestic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. This role is essential in supporting the overall functionality of our facilities, particularly in commercial and healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
* Ensure all cleaning supplies are used safely and stored correctly.
* Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain high standards of hygiene.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Assist with the organisation and management of cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards across all facilities.
Skills
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with hospital cleaning procedures and infection control measures is an advantage.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
